esnc.me is a platform that allows users to create AI-powered essence models — digital representations trained on text-based content including stories, opinions, expertise, and personality traits. These models can be shared publicly and interacted with by other users through a chat interface. Users may create essence models of themselves or other figures.
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile and choosing a username.
Usernames must be unique and may contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to train essence models ("Training Data"). By submitting Training Data, you grant esnc.me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display this content for the purpose of operating the Service — including generating AI responses to visitors who interact with your essence models.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
Users may create essence models representing public figures, historical figures, fictional characters, or other individuals. You are responsible for ensuring that any essence model you create does not impersonate a living private individual without their consent, spread misinformation, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any essence model that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, misleading, or in violation of these terms.
Essence models generate responses using artificial intelligence. These responses are generated based on Training Data and AI language models, and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reflective of the views of the person the model represents. esnc.me is not responsible for the content generated by AI models. Users and visitors should understand that all responses are AI-generated approximations, not authentic communications from the represented individual.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by esnc.me and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, esnc.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
